Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL) of Alaska

The State of Alaska Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is the official list of training programs located in Alaska eligible to provide training to individuals who qualify for an Individual Training Account (ITA) funded by Title I-B of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). The ETPL provides prospective training participants with reliable and objective information regarding program successes and affordability, useful for making training and career decisions which lead to employment in the state's workforce. The Division of Business Partnerships administers the ETPL in the manner prescribed in Policy #1001-1.

Education and training programs on the ETPL are required to meet minimum performance standards for participant completion and employment, which ensures that training dollars are spent on quality programs. Training providers who initially qualify for the ETPL may be required to submit participant data on an annual basis to allow performance analysis for subsequent ETPL eligibility. Information regarding the performance analysis methodology and training program eligibility procedures are explained in the ETPL Procedures. By applying to be on the ETPL, the Training Provider agrees to collect this data and submit it as requested by the Division.
