Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL) of Alaska

Eligible training providers for the state of Alaska have met certain criteria as defined under the federal Workforce Investment Act. Training programs approved to receive funds under the Workforce Investment Act (Public Law 105-220) Tile I-B Individual Training Accounts and which met performance criteria established by the Alaska Workforce Investment Board are included on an eligible training provider list. Clients seeking training may be sent to programs on this list.

The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) provides information not only on specific performance criteria, but also a detailed program description, program length, cost and provider contact information. The ETPL is useful not only for individuals using federal dollars for training, but for all those seeking education and training in Alaska.

Although some programs are exempt from meeting minimum performance criteria, most occupational training programs requiring 80 or more hours of training or that lead to a certificate or degree must meet minimum standards in order for training program clients to be sent to those programs
